Original stucco ceilings and detailed frescoes adorn the rooms, while historic ship beams from Genoa's glorious days as a naval power have been integrated into the ceilings, lending the rooms a rustic charm. You can feel the history underfoot on the stone floors, which date back centuries. The apartment itself is located on the fourth floor, accessible via eighty-eight steps that lead up from the dark, winding alleyway to the rooms, which are lit by the morning sun.

Due to the historic renovation in 2022, the apartment can accommodate up to six people. It has two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds and a spacious lounge with a sofa bed.
